April Brunch Specials

April 1 – Carolina Hot Bowl – poached egg, fennel sausage, crispy potatoes, pico de gallo, toasted biscuit, and cheddar cheese.
April 7 – Egg and Avocado on toast- choice of egg, sliced avocado, tomato, arugula, and an herb cheese spread on texas toast.
April 8 – Seared beef pate, cheddar parmesan mornay, tomato, red onion and arugula, and blackberry peppercorn vinaigrette.
April 14 – 208 Bagel – smoked salmon, chive cream cheese spread, crispy capers, and sliced cucumber on a toasted bagel.
April 15 – The Sticky Bun – smoked house brisket, cheddar mornay, bacon and tomato with arugula  and a fried egg on a toasted cinnamon roll (no icing)
April 21 – PepperJack Frittata- pepper jack cheese, shaved onion, diced tomato and chopped bacon.
April 22 – Griddle Cakes – shredded red potato, chives, green onions, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, bacon, and sour cream.
April 28 – Summer Snack- deviled egg spread, Boursin cheese, cantaloupe and almond salad on a toasted bagel.
April 29 – 208 Hotcakes- lemon pepper, jalapeno, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, dill aioli, pickled fennel relish, and a fried egg.
