Feb 3 – Pulled Pork Hash – fried egg, fruit mustarda, salsa, and a biscuit.

Feb 4 – Eggs and Avocado – two eggs, avocado purée, pico de gallo, red onions, and arugula on a croissant.

Feb 10 – Carolina Bowl- poached egg, fennel sausage, potato hash, pico de gallo, and a buttermilk biscuit.
