Charleston’s favorite brunch just got a little more exciting! Chef Christian will now be publishing his weekend specials so guests can plan ahead and make sure they never miss out on their favorite dishes. While there’s still a slight chill in the air, you can be certain that Kitchen 208 will have a hot brunch waiting for you! Here are all of our January weekend specials:
Saturday, January 13th – Eggs, bacon, smoked ham, arugula, cheddar and bacon vinaigrette on texas toast.
Sunday, January 14th – The Conquistador – white bean and brisket succotash, two eggs, garlic aioli, and pico de gallo on English muffin
Saturday, January 20 – Deep Fried Buttermilk French toast with berry compote and maple whipped cream.
Sunday, January 21 – Mushroom and feta cheese omelet with arugula, tomato, sauteed bell peppers, and onions.
Saturday, January 27 – The Classic – ham, egg, and cheese with pico de gallo, arugula, cheddar and bacon on a toasted croissant.
Sunday, January 28 – The Sticky Bun – brisket, egg, bacon and cheddar cheese with tomato, arugula, and lemon mayo on a cinnamon roll.
